Spirit Athletics Decals

Spirit Athletics is a local gymnasium in Florence that needed some decals created. These would be used as bumper stickers, koozies, and tote bags. They wanted designs that called back to their usual branding, with a bright and bold red, white and blue color scheme on a circular emblem. These were created with that branding in mind, by viewing their website and gaining inspiration from their various social medias, I created these. The camo is a recreation of a previous design, though I gave it my own personalized touch. The stars were a new decal for them, but stars are all over their branding and make up a huge portion of what they do design wise. These two designs fit right in perfectly with their pre-existing guidelines.

I also created three different decals Spirit Athletics had never seen before. These were inspired by their Florida and Colorado retreats, which they do annually for competitions and training. I used warm colors and palm tree iconography for the Florida decal, hoping to capture the best emotions one can feel while walking down a Miami boardwalk. Conversely, I used cold colors and the silhouettes of mountains to bring to mind the feeling of ascending a steep ski lift into the unknown. These decals accomplish the goal I had set for myself when creating them - and they even contain some of the same star iconography from before! Spirit Athletics also asked for a mashup version of the decal for the athletes who would be attending both retreats.
